Passavant Retirement Community, Zelienople, PA

Passavant Retirement Community has been a vibrant senior living community located on 42 acres in the historic town of Zelienople, PA for more than 105 years. We offer a variety of housing options on our campus, making it easy for you to find the perfect place to live your Abundant Life®.

Passavant Retirement Community has begun a multi-faceted construction project to replace 148,000-square feet of existing buildings including Olde Main and 38 cottages. The repositioning project encompasses approximately 194,000-square feet, 14 new cottages and 20 new apartments.

The new state-of-the-art facility will follow a person-centered household model and have private rooms to create a more life-enriching environment for skilled nursing, assisted living and memory support programs. New features will include a Community Center, Adult Day Care program, larger chapel and auditorium, a new space for inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services, an expanded Fitness Center and a swimming pool.

Modernizing the campus will enable aging in place, where residents can stay in a familiar and integrated environment that offers a continuum of care so they can be as independent as possible for as long as possible.

These programs encompass six wellness goals: spiritual, educational, vocational, physical, social/recreational and creative/expressive.
