LIFE Pittsburgh

Lutheran SeniorLife is please to have entered into a joint sponsorship agreement with Mercy Health System that established LIFE Pittsburgh, a community-based alternative to facility-based nursing home care in 1998. Since that time, the program has grown to serve thousands of Allegheny County seniors who wish to remain in their own homes, but have limitations that require the medical, social and preventive services of LIFE Pittsburgh.

The LIFE Pittsburgh adult day health center provides medical services, social interaction and proper nutrition necessary for good health. Other services are combined to support each individual and encourage an independent lifestyle while living at home.
